Common Questions

Which Tesla models are supported?
Pulse EV supports all Model 3, Model Y, Model S, and Model X vehicles — including specific model and trim variants for the most accurate experience.
Will this keep my car awake and drain the battery?
No. Pulse uses Tesla's Fleet Telemetry stream, which only sends data when your car is already awake. When your Tesla is parked and idle, it sleeps normally.
Can the app control my car?
No. Pulse EV is read-only by design. We cannot unlock doors, start the engine, or execute any remote commands. This is a deliberate security choice.
Do I need to share my Tesla password?
Never. You sign in through Tesla's official sign-in page. We only receive a secure access token, which is encrypted before being stored.
How is my data protected?
All tokens are encrypted at rest and data is transmitted securely. We use Tesla's official APIs — no screen scraping or unofficial methods. Your data is never shared or sold.
Can I monitor more than one Tesla?
Yes. The Base plan supports 1 vehicle, and the Pro plan supports up to 3 vehicles. You can switch between them with a single tap from the dashboard.
